The Fundamentals of Success
The Fundamentals of Success is a powerful training tool for any organisation wanting to initiate change. It is designed to develop emotional literacy, true accountability and to build the confidence to work with others with trust and integrity.
This modular programme delivers life-changing principles which address fundamental issues such as Successful Communication, Conflict Resolution, Personal and Group Effectiveness, Problem Solving, Stress & Burnout and Leadership. It identifies and develops the Keys to Success.
How it works
The programme has been developed for groups of around 10 people. It is designed to be flexible both in its format and the ways in which it can be delivered. At its heart are 12 half-day modules whose number and length can be tailored to each training need. These modules can be supported with telephone coaching and reinforcement days.
