Julia Simpson is lively, humorous trainer and a compassionate coach, who has a gift for bringing out the best in everyone.
This former journalist has been providing media and presentation training, as well as communications coaching, to businesses and individuals since 1998.
Her clients have included personnel from Scotia McLeod, Rolls Royce, Abbey National, BT, HSBC, Lloyds Bank, Barclays Bank, Holiday Inn, Canadian Western Bank, Home Depot & the Department of Health.
The main areas she focuses on in her work are clear communication and understanding the power of the mind and how it is creating our reality.
"Change your mind and your world will change too" she says. "Perception is everything. If we change our perception about a person or issue, it allows a shift to occur which opens the door to a happier and more successful outcome."
Believing is seeing! If we change our beliefs, then the world we see and experience changes.

Julia is a graduate of the Psychology of Vision 100-day training program, and has an MA in Art History from the University of Edinburgh.
She is also a teacher & a student of 'A Course in Miracles', running groups and seminars for those interested in exploring its inspiring brand of 'spiritual psychology.' Her teachers are Course-scholars Robert Perry, author of 'Return to the Heart of God', and Greg Mackie, at the Circle of Atonement in Sedona, Arizona.
